Cancellation and Refund Policy

GENERAL:

  1. By placing an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and distance sales agreement provided to you.
  2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the services they have purchased.
  3. For each purchased service, a chauffeured vehicle is allocated to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, with the record of the date and time the reservation begins. If the vehicle is not allocated during this period, buyers can terminate the contract.
  4. The purchased service must be allocated in accordance with the specified route and vehicle features, complete and as indicated in the reservation.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

  1. BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the service without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without providing any justification, provided that they notify Joydeep Travel Tourism Trade Ltd. Co. at the contact information below no later than 2 hours before the start of the reservation.

REFUND CONDITIONS:

  1. If the specified periods have elapsed and/or the conditions have not been met, the right to cancel cannot be exercised, and no refund will be made by Joydeep Travel.
  2. In case of cancellations made 1 day prior to the start of the reservation, the full amount you paid will be refunded.
  3. In case of cancellations made up to 12 hours prior to the start of the reservation, half of the amount you paid will be refunded. No refund will be made for cancellations made outside of this timeframe.
  4. If you made your reservation through Joydeep Travel's official website, you also have the option to make changes or cancel your reservation through online sales channels or the call center using your Reservation Code and identification information.
  5. Joydeep Travel reserves the right to cancel the reservation and/or transfer due to unexpected events, force majeure, natural disasters, hail, flood, traffic accidents, or similar circumstances. In such cases, no refund will be made unless there is no attributable fault.
  6. In case of cancellation of the reservation by Joydeep Travel for any reason, this will be notified to the Passenger as soon as possible.
  7. If the Passenger fails to fulfill their obligations under this Agreement and/or if the reservation is canceled due to any fault or negligence on their part and/or if the service is not received, Joydeep Travel will not assume any responsibility. Therefore, in addition to the collection of the service fee, all legal rights of Joydeep Travel are reserved.

FAILURE TO PAY THE PURCHASED SERVICE FEE:

  1. If the Buyer fails to pay the purchased service fee or cancels it in the bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product ceases.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD FOR SHOPPING:

  1. If it is determined that the credit card used for payment by the Buyer has been unlawfully used by unauthorized individuals and the payment for the sold service is not made to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer is obliged to return the contracted product to the Seller within 3 days.

INABILITY TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT WITH UNFORESEEN REASONS:

  1. If unforeseen force majeure events occur that the Seller cannot foresee and a chauffeured vehicle is not allocated, the situation will be notified to the Buyer. The Buyer can request the cancellation of the reservation or request a replacement with a different vehicle. If the Buyer cancels the order and has made the payment in cash, they will be refunded the amount in cash within 14 days from the cancellation. If the Buyer has made the payment by credit card and cancels the order, the product price will be refunded to their bank within 14 days from the cancellation, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer it to the Buyer's account.

OBLIGATION OF THE BUYER TO INSPECT THE VEHICLE:

  1. The Buyer shall inspect the contracted product/service before accepting delivery; they shall not accept damaged or defective products/services with dents, breakages, torn packaging, etc. The received product/service will be deemed to be undamaged and in good condition. The BUYER must take care to protect the product/service after delivery. If the right of withdrawal will be exercised, the product/service must not be used. The invoice must be returned together with the product.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:

  1. If the BUYER defaults on payment made by credit card, they acknowledge, declare, and undertake that they will pay interest to the cardholder's bank within the framework of the credit card agreement and be liable to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may resort to legal remedies, claim the arising expenses and attorney fees from the BUYER, and in any case of default by the BUYER due to the debt, the BUYER agrees to compensate the damages incurred by the SELLER due to the delayed performance of the debt.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY:

  1. You can make a Bank Transfer or Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) and payment inside the vehicle to anyone.
  2. Through our website, you can make online payments or utilize various installment options with your credit cards. At the end of your order, the payment amount will be charged from your credit card.
